Can I use this software to clone the entire drive, including the hidden recovery partition which contains the OEM recovery for Windows 7? The replacement laptop hard drive I have purchased is the same size (750GB).

Yes, the clone disk option will do what you want. Be sure to select the disk and not just a partition.
