Cloning Disks Won't Boot 1/2 of the Time

I use the Backupper to clone a HDD to a HDD and half of the time I clone, the clone will not boot. I clone from a smaller hard drive to a larger one and select "sector by sector" clone. I have noticed that it seems to be earasing the partition table. Suggestions?

    I'm afriad you have to sclect "sector by sector"if you want to boot from the destination disk.
