You could try updating to the current release of Backupper (2.2) and doing any Windows Updates that might be available since Microsoft cut off support for XP. You could also check the Windows event viewer to see if it shows an error code from when you launched the program. If nothing gives you an indication, then I'd email tech support at [email protected]
