I need to transfer licence to a new pc

need licensee transfer, I purchase this license for my mini pc which I have recently replace, but it won't let me use it on my new pc. please help, it hasn't even been two week since i got this licence please help me transfer it, i should still be in the 90 day refund period

  • Hi, i did this but the person assign to the ticket has stopped replying, i thought something might be wrong so i sent another ticket to him but no luck, can someone please help
  • I have to send the faulty mini PC back to amazon soon, hope i can get this resolved on my replacement pc

  • I've gotten no luck, this is my first time purchasing from Aomei, does it normally take over 48 hours to respond to a support ticket? Owen Tan seems to be the only one assign to this department, can I contact him on this discussion forum? he responded once asking for an invoice which I then provided but now he's gone.

    I don't know what to do, how do I get in contact with Owen??
