Unable to create recovery DVD/USB.

It doesn't matter what option i select, as soon as i click "next" after selecting the storage media, the window instantly closes.

This is on a CLEAN install of Windows 10 Pro.

Please perform all windows updates, including all optional updates.

@TheDeeGee, When you create the WinPE, please check if it checks "Download WinPE creating environment...". If yes, please try to download and install Windows ADK and Windows PE Addon. After that, please try to create WinPE again with uncheck the option.
