Problem starting recovery modus

Hi... I like to use Aomei Backupper, and for safety reasons install the recovery startup modus. Lately, and on several machines, this modus does not show the 3 second timer, does not count down, and I have to manually select to start Windows. Any hints how this can be restaured to standard behaviour? Several new installs, after full uninstall using Iobit Uninstaller, have not solved the problem. It appeared in 7.20, 7.21 und in the actual 7.22. I use the pro version. Thanks for help. "ruebezahl"

Here are 2 possible solutions that might work to resolve this issue. Before considering either of these solutions, please create full disk backup image using Backupper (BU) application inside of Windows, copy image to external disk. If possible, please practice these on another empty computer first, so you learn how they work.
It sounds like you are using the Aomei BU Boot Tool menu, as an alternative, you could use the Aomei Recovery Tool, they are a little different. Or you could use both. One lives in the Windows boot menu BCD, the other lives in the Windows Recovery WinRE. To set that up, use Aomei Partition Assistant (PA) > Tools > Integrate to Recovery Environment.
If you are unable to resolve this issue, you could use Aomei USB utilities instead.
    1) Cmd > msconfig > modify boot settings, such as boot timeout
    2) EasyBCD - application

    3) Backupper WinPE USB:
Add custom drivers, such as NVMe, if necessary. Does not work with some monitors.

    4) Aomei WinPE Builder 2.0 USB, includes: Partition Assistant, Backupper, Recuva, OSF Mount, CPU-Z, Bootice. Does not support some internal NVMe disks, or other additional drivers.

  • @Ruebezahl, Please don't move the mouse or click keyboard during starting up computer. And then, please check if it will not keep stopping on Boot Option interface.
  • @aiArtisan Thank you for your comments. But the solution seems to be the hint of Admin. @admin Thank you for the hint. The touching of the mouse seems to have been the problem, which at this moment seems to be solved as long as I keep my hand away from the mouse.
