Very slow backup

Since a while, version 7 and also 7.2.1 the backups are very slow. Why? It is a incremental backup. 12MB/sec writes. On USB 3.2 disk USB-C. I testetd writes on this this, and they go with 150 MB/sec, but Aomei backupper pro writes witj max 12,58 MB/sec. System C is on NVME

    @Matrix, What backup did you perform? System Backup? Or file backup?
    Could you change a destination to check if it still has a slow speed?
