One Key Recovery - Windows 10 - CREATING ISO FAILED

I'm trying to create a backup on One Key and i got this message "Creating ISO failed". 

My O.S version is 1803.

Tried to install ADK (windows 7 or 10) with windows PE addons...didnt work.

Any sugestions?

*My machine belongs to a local network and i can't update windows.

everytime i try a backup that happens. ADK and WinPE is already installed.

@Oushiro, What system are you using? If it is win10 system, please download and install ADK and Windows PE Addon: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/get-started/adk-install
And, please download the ADK and Windows PE  for Windows 10, version 2004.
