Can't create a CD/DVD bootable media

Hi,

I have W10 Pro, 10.0.19045 Build 19045.

I have succesfully created a USB bootable stick, but AOMEI fails to create a CD or DVD bootable media.

It burns the CD/DVD up to 99%, then ejects the media, but stay sticked at 99% and never says that it has successfully created the bootable media.

I have firstly tried with a CD, then with a DVD, and the same: it stays at 99%.

What can I do ?

    Thank you, Noun, for letting us know the DVD is not able to burn on your system, and thank you for the French screenshot. Could you please take a screenshot using English as the Backupper language? That will help many of us see the error.
    I read on a website that specializes in DVD knowledge and troubleshooting that one of the top causes of DVD errors is the quality of the disc itself, to solve this please buy only buy discs from top brands, such as Verbatim. A less common reason is a mis-match of DVD plus minus  -  +  between the disc and the DVD drive bay. Please confirm the type of DVD disc plus minus + - matches the DVD drive bay.
    If that does not solve it, try reinstalling Backupper, perform all Windows updates, including optional updates, close other applications running during the burning. You could also create a bootable USB of Backupper. You could make a DVD of Aomei WinPE Builder 2.0 instead:
    Aomei WinPE Builder 2.0 DVD or USB includes: Partition Assistant, Backupper, Recuva, OSF Mount, CPU-Z, Bootice. Does not support internal NVMe disks.

    @Nounours18200. There indeed is error during burning winpe to CD. We will fix it later.
    Please try to create winpe iso (Third option: Export  ISO File), then burn it to your CD manually via the third-party burning tool (Such as, Ultraiso, Rufus, ISOtoUSB and so on ).
    Or, you can try to create winpe bootable USB via AOMEI Backupper. There is no problem when creating winpe usb.
