Rebuilding PC Need to Transfer License

I am rebuilding my computer (new processor and drives) and starting my windows build from scratch. I would like to transfer my license to my new build. It will not be sold, transferred to a new user, or given away in any form. In fact, it will be in the "box" as I'll be using the same case.

Any help you can give, would be greatly appreciated.
