Using Backupper with Google One storage

Hi, Been using BackUpper for many years, recently upgraded my Google One storage and now trying to use that as the destination for my backup files. I'm using version 7.1.2 of the standard software and version 69.0.0 of google drive for windows. I can select the google drive in the backupper software and it goes through the motions, but fails with error 4101 .. insufficient permissions. Should this work ... is this going to be an enhance to Backupper at some point or should I be looking for another backup utility ? Thanks for any help
