AOMEI Pro backup to NAS

I recently purchased AOMEI Pro in order to be able to schedule backups to an NAS device but I am having problems getting AOMEI to connect. I have tried to connect using both the IP address as well as the PC network name to no avail. Nothing seems to work. have no problem using RDP to the NAS backup computer so I know it's network accessible, at least to RDP.
I'm trying to do a full disk image differential backup backup of a 500GB HDD 3X each week to a shared folder on a 2TB drive on the NAS computer. This computer is only used for backup, has over 1.75TB of free space and it is set to allow sharing from anyone on the network but AOMEI will not recognize it. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this?
