2 SSD drives merged into one new PCIe

Hi I have used the clone function on my families pc's when maintaining them over the last couple of years using an external reader and then swapping them out. Great tool! It is now time to tackle my own PC which is out of my comfort zone. 

How do i clone my C drive SSD to a PCIe

The ultimate goal is to combine my C and D drives on to the PCIe, but not sure how to do this. I need to clean them up without losing data first as im sure there are multiple dupe folders across them both.

    @Sellma, You can use system clone way to clone C:drive to the PCIe. And then, you can use the Partition Clone way to clone D drive to the remaining unallocated space of PCle.
    Or, you can first create two partitions on PCle, and then do the system clone to the first partition location and partition clone to the second partition.
