Typical Defragging Time on 8TB HDD

I recently purchased the AOMEI Partition Assistant Professional.     I decided to defrag a 8TB HDD that had a score of 60.    After almost 24 hours,  3% of the disk is scanned.   Over half of the boxes in the view showing space types:  used space, fragmented, unmovable files etc.     Over 50% of the space are unmovable files distributed in the top half of the view and the rest fragmented in the bottom half of the view.     Every space square was fragmented at the start of the process.   Not much change in the last hour or so.

Q1: Any thoughts on if the defragging % is linear with time meaning,  this process will take 50 more days!   Or will it shorten as time goes on.
Q2:  Is there any downside to stop this process? -- loss of data?
