PE Builder with Vista?

I understand from the information provided that PE Builder can work with Win 7 and 8 (though not with XP), however there is no mention of Vista. Is it possible to  use PE Builder to boot and repair a system previously using Vista?

    Have just found the 'Help' file which explains that Vista is not supported for generating PE Builder environment, though recovery of a Vista system is possible by using PE builder made with Win 7 or 8
