Issue with Cloning

I am trying to clone a disk before if fails completely.  I am using Partition Assistant Standard edition on USB.  I selected 'clone disk quickly' option and it has been moving data albeit very slowly (6 days).  The disks are both 1Tb.  The Current Operation Progress is at 64% and 650.02GB/496.10GB.  The moved data is still going up so has not frozen.  Why is it moving more data than is on the disk?

    @Reidnz, Could you cancel it and then run the disk clone again? If you still get the same situation, could you take some screenshots so that we check?

    Hi, I cancelled it and now have 2 empty disks.  Tried partition recovery but none found.  I have given up an installed Windows on the new disk.

    @Reidnz, "I cancelled it and now have 2 empty disks."---Did you mean that the source and target drive are empty when you cancel the clone operation?
