Sysprep before making a backup image

Whenever I run sysprep before trying to make a backup image, backupper gives me an error saying it can't find the system partition.  If I don't run sysprep, backupper runs just fine.  

Is it possible to run sysprep before creating the backup image?  Am I doing something wrong?

    @G_t, There is a bug to back up Sysprep system. We will optimize it after.
