License Code not working

So I have my license code that has been reset for me however I have tried it several different ways several different times and I still come up with the license code is invalid. I have been at this since Monday or Tuesday of this week is there anyone that can help me further without having to wait an entire day for 1 email a day. I am just at a loss on what to do since the code is not registering correctly. I have tried uninstalling reinstalling as an admin, etc.
