Backupper Script creates entries in GUI version of Backupper

I have a script saving several partitions and i'm using the GUI version for other stuff.
But in the GUI version i find all my Scripts Partition Backup names.
Is there a way to specify in the Script not to create entries in the GUI version?
In fact in the GUI version, i'd like to have only the manual and automated  entries.
