Which Files are Incremental?

Hello,
I'm new to Backupper, and have a question re incremental backup: supposing I have a folder with three files, A,B.and  C. and have chosen incremental backup. Aomei makes a full backup. At some point I add another file to the folder, D, and make another incremental backup. At this point I have two backup files.  How can I look at the incremental backup and see just the added file, which is critical  if you just want to see what you were doing that day. The listing shows all the files in the folder alphabetically, without any dates, so you can't tell which files you were working on,

@MHHMHH, The incremental backup actually records the status of all files/folders when you run the incremental backup. So, you will check all existing files/folders when you create the backup file. So, it can't only check added and changed files.
