Cannot Merge Partitions Error 43

I'm trying to merge my partition with my system files and boot files and all that stuff but it wont merge with the other partition. I previously used AOMEI backupper to clone the entire disk from my ssd to hdd in case I messed something up which is why disk 0 and 2 are the same. Attached is the error log

@Jackjackjackjack, Could you take a screenshot of Partition Assistant so that we check the layout of your disks?
