Image Deploy. Image file damaged

Good morning.
I cannot solve the problem. I am trying to use image restore over the network (Image Deploy), but at the moment of opening the image I get an error: "Failed to open the backup file, which may has been damaged. Please retry to open it."
I was making a disk image and a system image but I get the same error. I did a validation (analysis) of the image and it was successful. I can restore this image through WinPE in the GUI functionality, but through Image Deploy I see an error, I cannot open this file image.

    @Universal, Where did you save the backup image? "disk image"---Is it the system disk image? Did you create it when you boot from the system disk? "system image"--Did you run System Backup feature to create the backup?
    Could you take a screenshot of the error message so that we check further?
