Centralized Backup - Win XP - cant install agent remotely - dont see xp clients
Hello,
I try Centralized Backup. We have some clients machine still on Windows XP.
I have Problem with install agent remotely. Always end with this error:
User/password is correct, it is admin account and Firewall is disabled.
I can install agent manual. But even after successful install, i cant see clients on Console.
Agents on clients with Win 7 or 10 works well.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you send us log folder under the C:\Program Files (x86)\AOMEI Centralized Backupper and the log folder C:\Program Files (x86)\AOMEI Centralized Backupper Agent on client xp computer?
