Can't migrate OS to new hard drive

Hi I go through the process of migrating OS to new hard drive (SSD Hybrid) but when I hit apply and reset it just resets the computer and nothing occurs.

You need create a WinPE bootable USB or CD to migrate OS. Check this link for more information.
