Problem backing up to new server using Backerupper Server (latest version)
This happens no matter what I do....
I have 1 virtual server on machine 1 that has a C: drive and a F: drive.
I keep the SQL Server 2016 data files on the F: drive.
I make a backup of the C: partition with the windows system server area.
I make a separate backup of the F: drive partition.
I install the C: partion on my new server machine 2 .. no problem.
I go to resize the virtual server on machine 2 and format the 2nd partition BUT I can not change the drive letter to F:
from the Windows Disk Manager because F: can not be selected because the F: drive doesn't exist in the list.
I tried with MiniTool Server version and still the drive DOES NOT EXIST.

Did you back up the C and F: drive of virtual server on machine 1, and then restore them to the virtual server on machine 2? Did you mean that the restored F: drive is assigned another drive letter?
Could you take a screenshot of windows disk management of the virtual server you restore to so that we check?
