Failed to create file

I am getting this message at the end of a scheduled backup and not sure about the cause and what to do

Backup is initializing...

Getting the file information...

Scanning the authority files...

Trying to create snapshots...

Calculating the total number of the backup files...

Backing up the files...

Information Code:4101

Failed to create file.

  • Please provide us all the log files from the folder where you install Backupper. This will help us resolve the issue more quickly.

    You back up data to a local device or NAS? If backup to NAS, you can try mapping the NAS as drive letter. If backup to local device, please post the log file.
