Once a SCHEDULED backup has started there is no activity indicator

AOMEI BACKUPPER PROFESSIONAL 5.0.0 / Win 10
All updates done.

It only happens with automatic (scheduled) backups: Once the backup is running there is no way to see the progress of the backup (no activity indicator).

I tried to launch AOMEI to make the indicator show up - this doesn't work since AOMEI is occupied with my backup...

What do I have to do that AOMEI's activity indicator is to be seen on the desktop once the backup has started?

Pls help!
