Exclude system files - which ones?

Hi, I'm looking into buying the Professional version for the file exclusion. However, "exclude system files" does not make it specific which files will be excluded.

Is there a list?

Is there a way, before I run the backup, to determine which files will and will not be backed up? Thanks!

    If the file is labeled as "System file", it will be excluded.
