When I go to download web page of Aomei PE Builder

download and install the tool: Which Win10 version is then later installed (from within PE Builder) on USB flash drive?

How can I tell PE Builder to install a different (e.g. older, more reliable) Win10 on the USB flash drive?

Can I simply (after preparing the USB flash drive) copy some (portable) programs onto the USB flash drive
or is it required to define/register them additionally (where)?

    You can't select the Win10 version. Yes, you can copy some portable programs onto the USB flash drive.
