WANTED SUGGESTIONS OF SETTINGS FOR SSD RAID 0

What settings would you give to ssd raid 0 on win8 on Stripe Size, Quick Init and Cache Mode?

The default settings are: 

64 KB Strike Size

Quick Init = no ?

Cache Mode = WriteThru ?
