PC Wont Boot after AOMEI Partition - Blank Screen!

HELP!


I have a brand new Dell PC. I have partitioned the hard drive using Aomei it seemed to work, then restarted and all i get is a blank screen.


I have managed to get into BIOS and change the boot order to boot a USB stick i had Windows 8 backed up on (not from this PC), but all the repair options fail.


I am reluctant to reinstall windows fully as i have a feeling it wont solve it.


Need to get onto my PC asap, please can anyone advise?

    Try AOMEI PE Builder to make a Windows PE on another pc and boot the Dell pc from the WinPE. Then, try to recover your Dell in WinPE.
