USB Permanently write protected, maybe corrupted

I have had this integral 32gb usb drive for a couple of months now with no problems whatsoever. But the other day i went to use it and all the files were write protected. So i tried to remove this in the properties but it made no difference. So then i formatted the drive but a message came up saying it was write protected. Tried diskpart but made no difference, could change current readonly status or whatever its called.

starting to think maybe its corrupted idk.

Dont really care if i lose the data on it just need a solution.

any suggestions?
