Can nont boot into windows 7 with more than 1 HDD

I have windows 7 on an SSD "C"


The PC was working fine before, but then I tried to access something on my "D" drive, and it wouldn't show up after that.

I have about 4 drive total.

I can mix and match those with the SSD, and it will boot fine, but if I plug the "D" drive in, it refuses to boot.
