WD blue HDD not working

i have a WesternDigital blue 750 GB notebook Hdd

its divided into 3 partition, 293 GB for each .... the hard disk is not working now , i replace it with a new one and the old one i connected it to an enclosure to scan it on another laptop ,, every time i connect it , the computer start to become real slow and i cant do anything with the Hdd .. even when i open the my computer it keep on waiting(displaying the external hdd drives) , two of them displayed but when i click on any of them it

and nothing happened ..... i try many recovery programs , Ebcd

and nothing worked

any help guyz ?

    It sounds like that drive is physically failing.  The slow down is likely coming from the system waiting on the drive to respond.  Since it apparently hasn't failed entirely yet, it is responding to commands, but very slowly.  Very likely you should count the drive as a loss.
