Backup Internal RAID Drive

I am trying to setup a new first time backup.
Selecting the C: drive (disk 1) was easy. (The C: drive is an SSD.)
I'm having problems selecting my internal RAID disk drive,  J: (disk 3.) It doesn't show up in the list of drives.
