Merging 2 unallocated spaces

I need a little help here. I just had a Dual Boot Windows 8.1/Linux Zorin OS 9 on my desktop PC. I decided not to use Linux anymore so I deleted the Linux Partitions. So now, I only have Windows 8.1. However, My C drive is sandwiched between the 2 unallocated spaces. The extend volume when right clicking the C Drive only gives me an option to merge with the unallocated space on the right side. How do I merge these two unallocated spaces?

  • I made it by resizing and now both the 2 unallocated spaces are added to my c drive. Thank you!
