Infinite boot after 'create partition' - no recovery media available
I made one small partition (Using Windows 7) and upon reboot of the system, it is caught in an infinite loop of rebooting. I tried to get into safe mode, it just beeps angrily. I have no installation or recovery media disks or any means of obtaining them, and I need this computer fixed immediately due to time constraints. Any commands I can enter upon booting? Anything at all?! What else can I do?

Can you explain in more detail exactly what you did? Generally when Windows get stuck in a reboot loop it's due to a driver problem or program startup failure. Since it won't boot in safe mode it seems more likely a driver issue. Given that this occurred when you adjusted the partitions, though, it's possible that the BCD entry for the drive is incorrect after the partition chagne.
