Clone a System Partiton (Windows 7) with bad sectors

I tried to clone a partition with bad sectors. Unfortunately, the process at 10GB has been hanging for three days and the PC hangs since then.

I have selected the sector by sector.

But even without this checkbox it did not work.

Maybe someone here knows this problem and can help me further.

Well, it cannot clone disk with bad sectors.
