Boot disc creation failure

I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64.  Boot disc creation to CD hung at 99%. Second try hung at 98%. Switched to Bootable ISO on A USB drive. First attempt failed, second attempt was successful but got an unable to read error response when I tried to boot.

    Did you try and boot from the CD that hung at 99%? This is a quite common glitch (unfortunately) but it's been my experience that even though it does stop at 99%, the CD is still functional. Try booting from it and see what happens. It may take a few minutes for it to load. Be patient when trying this. If it doesn't work, try downloading the ISO and burn the CD from that.
