Encryption with Standard Edition

I noted that the standard edition of aomei Backupper does no longer support encryption of backup images since version 4.5.1. Furthermore the current version of the standard edition can't restore encrypted backup images created with version 4.1 or older. I had to go back to 4.1 therefore.
Is buying the Pro Edition the only way to open older encrypted images?

    The current version of Standard is able to restore encrypted backup images created with version 4.1 or older.

    I tested it again with 4.5.2 - and it worked indeed! Thanks for your reply.
