Error on second recovery with OneKey Recovery

Hi,

I'm testing your option to use Onekey Recovery to create a restore point on a laptop. After doing several tests, I am realizing that the first time I restore the image with onekey, it does it correctly, but if I do it a second time I receive the error message 0x000000e (Unable to access a required device or is not connected).

Im using a ACER B117 laptop with GPT, UEFI and SSD M.2

I need to be able to make the recovery more than once, what can I do? Is this normal? Can you only restore the system once with onekey?

I am waiting for your answer.
Thanks.

  • I think it restores all system partitions to one partition(C: drive), so the system cannot boot.
You'll have to delete all system partitions manually before the restore.
