Backupper file/folder time stamps

The time stamps of backup files and folders and xml files created by AB are off by about 4 hours into the future. This only happens in the recovery environment but not when running AB in the normal windows environment. The time as reported by the TIME command line in the recovery environment is accurate though.


I am using AB version 2.0.1 and Windows PE recovery.
