Backing up microsoft Outlook and contacts

Hello,

I just wonder how to backup Microsoft Outlook. I know one can with Acronis.

    Microsoft makes an Outlook backup add-in for most versions of the product. This only backs up your .pst files to a location you specify. The only drawback to it's function is that it performs the backup after a set number of days you specify but ONLY when you close the program. No problem if you shutdown your PC every night. If you don't, just remember to close the program every few days. Aomei will backup the program and .pst files whenever it's run. I've restored several Aomei backups with Outlook 2010 running and nothing was lost on the restore.
