Restore without sucess

I am evaluating backup tool for organization.

There is an issue that has been showing to be somehow hard to overcome has some files have a tree path too extensive; this makes that most of softwares unable to back it up.

AOMEI (trial version yet) has done backup with sucess; however I am unable to restore the full backup or a selected tree.

Has someone experienced this issue?

I am on a windows server 2012 64 bits

     Sorry for the late reply. Would you specify how you want to restore to your system? Since you have successfully backed up then normally you could just select the restore option to realize it.
