Does not run PreOs Mode in Windows 7

Hello,


I have a new Hard Disk and installed Windows 7 on it. It is 1TB disk and I wont to partition it to a four partitions. Unfortunatly nothing happens. I'm using the standart version 5.5 of the product. It sais that it needs to restart and use PreOs Mode. After the restart nothing happens. Windows is loading and no PreOS mode is started. What should be the problem?

    Hello,


    Weare so sorry for the problem you encountered. The problem may be because the program cannot run into Pro-OS mode in your computer circumstance properly. Could you please create AOMEI Partition Assistant bootable CD and then boot from the CD to resize your disk. In addition, before you resize the partition, please defrag them and run chkdsk n: /f（where n replaces drive letter） command line to fix potential errors.
