1.       If we create one base for a client, can any incremental be used for that base? In other words we want to host the base or bring it back to our office and thenhave the incremental backups stored on an external hard drive of each customers desktop and use sharesync to get the incremental to our facility over the internet.

    Not sure your meaning. The incremental backup must be based on the initial full backup or the last incremental backup.
