Support Quality
I have read many of the threads in this so called support/discussion forum. Sorry to say, but the quality of AMOMEI support is absolutely annoying and not tolerable.
Most of these threads and questions end up somewhere in between of nothing: solution postponed to some future update, blablas like 'we are (still) checking the issue', unsolved, not answered at all or by only some few words, ...
Regarding a backup-software, which is the most important piece of software on everybodies machine nowadays, this is more than serious and an absolute no-go.
AOMEI support team should really improve their service quality and undestanding of their jobs. It is absolutely disappointing at the moment and a really bad performance.
Software needs support. There can be no recommendation for your software until you achieve the usual - and necessary support-standards.
