AOMEI partition restore FAQ

Hi, I have a very basic query, I purchased a new laptop where in a single partition is given by OEM. I have shrinked volume and made 3 partitions out of it. I have backed up my PC using a utility provided by my OEM. But when I restore, the partitions created by me and data inside will be lost and a single factory created partition will be restored.

Now, what I want to know is after taking backup with AOMEI partition backup will my user created partitions be restored along with data stored inside.??????

    Hello,


    In your situation, you should choose the disk backup feature of AOMEI, so that all your partitions will be backed up with your data inside. Or you need to backup every partition which you want to backup individually. Note that Partition Backup couldn't make the backup bootable after you restore it.
