Warning: Real Time File Sync.
Real Time File Sync. is a very bad way of making backup copies of files to another location. At first glance it looks fantastic but on second thought it isn't.
If you change the original file and you regret that, you're in trouble since the backup copy is also changed in almost real time.
The purpose of real time file sync is another, which few people may need and has nothing to do with a backup program like Aomei as long as there is no file history. It's good to realize that.
In can be useful however in conjunction with Dropbox or other cloud synchronisation software that do keep file history.

Maybe Aomei should add a warning in the help document above not to use real-time sync as a reliable stand-alone backup method.
