Backup Drive is Empty?

Dear AOMEI Backupper community, 


I did a bunch of research and was pretty excited about Backupper when I downloaded last night. I have an external hard drive that I constantly use/change, so I would like to create a full image, and then incremental backups (probably weekly). 


I tried to create the full image last night, so I installed the software (Standard Ediction 4.0.3, downloaded yesterday from CNet). Clicked here to make a backup of the disk:

I have two external USB drives connected, I selected the one which has data on it as Step 1, and the empty one as Step 2 on this following screen:

I let it run when I went to sleep, estimated time was 6 hours. Now that I check it the next day, I see it completed 100%, but the disk is still completely empty. As you can see:

Am I doing something wrong?

    Is there any error message? Can you upload a screenshot of Disk Management?
